Daniel Defense’s DD4 RIII Upper Receiver Group is a perfect start to a custom AR build. It comes equipped with Daniel Defense’s mid-length gas system – a design known for its smoother recoil impulse to make rapid fire more accurate. It features a 12.5 inch lightweight RIS III rail—modeled after the revolutionary RIS II two-piece handguard developed for SOCOM—features M-LOK attachment for lighter weight while still offering M203 grenade-launcher attachment. In addition, the DD4 RIII Upper Receiver Group comes standard with a Chrome Moly Vanadium government profile barrel.
