Daniel Defense’s MK18 AR upper receiver delivers high performance is a lightweight, compact package. This upper receiver comes equipped with a picatinny quad rail to facilitate the installation of optics, lights, lasers, fore-grips and other accessories, and are covered with heat-resistant Santoprene rail covers. This upper receiver also features a cold hammer forged barrel made from chrome moly vanadium steel, and has a carbine-length, direct impingement gas system with a pinned low profile gas block. The GRIP-N-RIP charging handle is included to accommodate both left and right handed shooters, and also helps direct gas away from the shooter.
