Daniel Defense’s M4A1 AR15 Style Upper Receiver Group was inspiered by the USSOCOM SOPMOD Block II, and comes packed with Daniel Defense exclusive features. The upper receiver is MIL-SPEC with indexing marks and M4 feed ramps, and is constructed from CNC Machined 7075-T6 aluminum. The Barrel is cold hammer forged is chrome lined, and is topped with Daniel Defense’s Extended Flash Suppressor, while the Gas System is carbine length and is direct impingement. Other features include a Bolt Carrier Group with chrome lining and an M16 profile, and a Daniel Defense M4A1 FSP Rail Interface handguard with four picatinny rails in the 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock, and 9 o’clock positions.
